Guarantee

Our SQE1 pass guarantee

If you put the work in and still don't pass SQE1, we don't leave you to pay for it twice. Here is exactly how it works.

Who qualifies

Both guarantees apply only if, before your SQE1 sitting, you have:

  1. Completed every lesson in guided learning, and
  2. Scored 80% or more on each of your two most recent full timed mocks.
  3. You must have sat the SQE1 assessment you are claiming for. Not attending, withdrawing or deferring doesn't count as not passing.

SQE1 + SQE2 bundle: refund on both

If you bought the SQE1 + SQE2 bundle (£199.99) and don't pass SQE1:

  1. We refund the full amount you paid for the bundle.
  2. You keep your SQE1 Pass Programme access, free, until you pass SQE1.
  3. Your SQE2 practice access ends when the refund is made.

SQE1 Pass Programme: coached resits

If you bought the SQE1 Pass Programme on its own and don't pass SQE1:

  1. You keep full access and we coach you through every resit at no extra cost.

How to claim

Claims are simple, but they need to reach us in time:

  1. Email corri.jones@hamiltontechnologies.co.uk within 30 days of the SRA releasing your SQE1 result.
  2. Attach your SRA result email or a screenshot of your result, and tell us the email address or account you bought with.
  3. We check your guided learning and mock record, then reply within 10 working days.
  4. Bought on the website or Google Play: we refund you directly to your original payment method.
  5. Bought on the App Store: Apple handles App Store refunds, so we'll ask you to request it at reportaproblem.apple.com and we'll support your request. If Apple declines, we refund you directly instead.
  6. One claim per person, for one SQE1 sitting.
