Terms of Use

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the PrepSuite website (prepsuite.co.uk) and all of our apps, including CBAT Ready, DAA Ready, Pilot Ready, ATC Ready, Assessment Ready and NEBDN Dental Nurse, and any future PrepSuite app (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who we are

The Services are operated by Hamilton Technologies (“PrepSuite”, “we”, “us”), based in the United Kingdom. Contact us at corri.jones@hamiltontechnologies.co.uk.

What the Services are — and what they are not

The Services provide independent practice questions, mock exams, flashcards and study tools to help you prepare for professional and vocational exams. They are study aids only.

  • We are not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by any awarding body or organisation whose exams we help you prepare for (including NEBDN, CITB/CSCS, the Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, NATS, EUROCONTROL, the FAA, NAV CANADA and cut-e/Aon).
  • Our content is not the official exam, is not past papers, and does not reproduce live exam questions.
  • Using the Services does not guarantee any exam result. Practice thresholds shown in the apps are our own preparation benchmarks, not official pass marks.
  • The Services are not professional, clinical, medical, legal or careers advice. Always check the official awarding body for the current syllabus, format, fees and booking details.

Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details secure, and that you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Free content and trials

We offer some content free, including a set of free questions you can try without an account. We may change what is free at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid features are offered through subscriptions. In the apps these are purchased as auto-renewing in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play; on the web they are handled by our payment provider.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or as directed for a web purchase.
  • Prices are shown before you buy and may change; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store or payment provider you bought through.
  • A subscription tied to your account works across our app and website where supported, at no extra cost.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell, publish or otherwise redistribute our questions, explanations or other content;
  • share, or provide access to, paid content with anyone else;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our content or source, except where the law expressly permits;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems;
  • use the Services unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content in the Services — questions, explanations, text, design, graphics and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your own exam preparation. All other rights are reserved.

Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep our content accurate and aligned to the published exam format, and we review and update it regularly. However, syllabuses and exams change, and we cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. You should always verify important details with the official awarding body and not rely on the Services as your only source.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Third-party links and platforms

The Services may link to third-party sites, stores or community platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Services in a way that harms us or other users.

Changes

We may update the Services and these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections you have under the law of your home country.
